Yay me!!!

Yes, yes I know self praise is not an attractive attribute, but this is quite special. Until recently I had been a smoker for 11 years. Today is one month since I stopped smoking and became a non-smoker for good!! I think I deserve a reward (though all I got from my partner was a hard caning!!) So I may purchase a pair of shoes. I am a bit short on shoes...

So you got a caning for stopping? What a wonderful mind game. If that's what you get for stopping, what on earth would you get if you lapsed? No caning?
(Sound of maniacal laughter.)

Well done and I'm sure you won't go back now.

Congratulations Leia, you won't look back now! I gave up 35 years ago and never regretted it.

I think you should celebrate by giving out a few canings at NOTC ;-)

Congratulations!

Yes - round up a few smokers who want to quit smoking and give them a smoking hot motivation on their bare behinds.

Ah gentlemen worry not I will be doling out as well as possibly receiving at night of the cane!!! And the canings will be smoking hot! Seriously I have tried to stop before but I found it difficult. For some reason I did not find it tough this time and have already been a non smoker through a period of stress so I think I will be ok this time round!!!

Congratulations, well done you!!!

Caning, shoes, and your health, doesn’t get better (OK, I don’t know about the shoes!) ;)

Thanks Paul. Yes I do feel much better and I think I am largely over the worst of the cravings (though my flat is so organised as a result!!)

Tonight is the Night of the Cane!

Maybe you're already on the way.

Have fun and let us know how it was.

Excellent - you're striping the bottoms for a good reason. It's for their own good ;-)

Congratulations - well done.

Leia
That's really good news, perhaps the caning was an incentive to give up?
Hope you enjoyed the w/e activities and look forward to seeing you soon!
take care
Paul

Paul-no not really, I just wanted to stop as I had stopped enjoying it and had merely been left with an unhealthy habit! See you soon too...

This is very delayed - but you know why! However, congratulations on this achievement - you can be very proud, not least because you did it for yourself! I'm delighted!
