Hey folks. Please excuse the silence, I have been away for a much needed Easter break. I unfortunately caught a chill just before Easter and so have been a bit under the weather. luckily I am now back and am ready to go!
Hope you all had a good break. I certainly did and had fun cooking a lovely Sunday Lunch of lamb
