An epic custom clip that was hugely enjoyable to produce!

 Hello folks,

I do hope all are well.  I have some exciting news to share with you, I made my first epic custom clip and I thought I would give you a bit of the background in this blog to flesh out how this epic custom film, Traffic Warden Troubles ended up being produced by Yours Truly.

Earlier in the year I was approached by the fabulous Miss Iceni about producing a custom clip for a gent she had known for years, called Hawkeye (online handle!).  We had a wee chat about it on WhatsApp and I agreed to go ahead and give it a go!  I was a touch nervous as I had only done custom clips as a solo performer up until now.  Hawkeye quickly got in touch with me and sent across his script ideas.  As I read it I saw we were going to be doing a traffic warden/school scene.  

This sounded like fun!  I had three main jobs to do at this point and they were:

1. Organise Hawkeye's ideas and thoughts into a script, which took some time as this was a story that was to be at least 45 mins long (Miss Iceni and I actually ended up making something that was over an hour so clearly we enjoyed ourselves!).  Again, this was all new to me as generally I get sent a few sentences for a solo custom film and off I go!

2.  I needed a traffic warden's uniform.  It had to be obsolete and because I love my uniforms so intensely it had to be at least passably genuine.  Of course in this sort of situation, Ebay is your friend.  I went digging around online and found an epaulette shirt, some genuine (obsolete) epaulettes and a genuine (obsolete) hat.  I was so overjoyed I sent Miss Iceni over a pic of my hat for her amusement:

3. I needed a venue that would work as a school room for the initial scene (all will become clear later) and as an office space for Miss Iceni to exact her revenge when I turn up at her Institute some years later.  I found just the spot and it actually meant that I re-connected with a friend of mine I have known for many years, Zoe Page (more details of this fabulous day filming coming soon!).  

4. So now I had my cast booked in, the venue reserved, my costumes ready and my script set into a story.  What else is there?  Well, that Leia-Ann Woods hive mind you know me for so well.  Hawkeye had requested that part of the story in his custom should be that I have to take a series of tests and that I should be punished when I fail them.  This got me thinking: do traffic wardens in the UK have to take some sort of written test?  If so, what kind of questions do they get asked?  I went online and sure enough, there IS a written test and I could take a look at some sample questions.  So, one evening apres work I sat down to make a question and answer paper complete with test questions as they would be asked of a traffic warden during interview!  Miss Iceni and I had SO MUCH fun filming this section, as you will see in our dialogue and the ensuing punishments in the film, culminating in the cane of course! 

So, what is the whole storyline?  It is a little complex, so do read it through fully to understand:

Traffic Warden Troubles:

Leia-Ann is perennially naughty, but one day she really pushes it too far when she deliberately wets her knickers whilst being spanked over Miss Iceni’s knee. Furious at Leia’s disgraceful behaviour, Miss Iceni spanks Leia’s bare bottom before having her sit bare-bottomed to write the line ‘I must not wet my knickers across the headmistress’s lap’ 100 times with a dunces cap on her head. How humiliating for Leia!

A few years later, Leia has now got a job as a traffic warden, and of course she has not learned to behave as she should, so she promises drivers she will not give them a parking ticket in exchange for cash. When a driver complains at this behaviour, Leia is sent for a disciplinary.

When Leia arrives at Head Office, she is shocked to find Miss Iceni is going to be the one to discipline her. This is not going to be an easy ride! Miss Iceni has Leia strip off her traffic warden uniform and put on a school uniform, after all, part of her punishment is that Leia must sit some tests! Not satisfied that Leia is quite embarrassed enough, Miss Iceni puts Leia’s hair in bunches and draws freckles on her face. Burning with embarrassment, Leia must sit some tests, and, if she does not pass, Leia will be punished.

Come the first test, which Leia naturally fails miserably, and for extra cheek, Leia has her white cotton knickers pulled down and she is also spanked on her bare bottom. This continues to be the theme of the afternoon as test after test is failed and Miss Iceni applies a strap and a crop to Leia’s increasingly red and sore bottom. Finally, when Leia flunks the final test, Miss Iceni really loses her temper and has Leia bend over and touch her toes for the dreaded cane, twelve blistering strokes!

Leia, contrite and full of apologies for her poor behaviour has one more task to complete before Miss Iceni is happy that Leia has truly learned her lesson. Leia is to sit on a chair, bare bottomed, her skirt pinned up to humiliate her further, and write an essay of apology with a promise to never return to such disgraceful behaviour!
