Wearing nothing more than a curtain pelmet!

Yes, I am still up to much naughtiness at Northern Spanking.  This time my idea of what to wear to a garden party to which Mr Kennedy is taking me is not quite what he had in mind as you can see...

I think Mr Kennedy would have liked some skirt with my outfit, as even with his glasses on he is not seeing it clearly...!

So of course I must be punished.  Why I am still not sure as polka dots, particularly white ones on red are just so very adorable and I think this outfit has some real class to it...
